Let’s follow the progress of the works for the realization of the project
As is known, the Bagnoli area is currently being reclaimed by Invitalia. The areas of the PTA and PTB are not subject to reclamation and, as established by the Environmental Remediation and Urban Regeneration Program (PRARU) approved by the Services Conference of 2019, can now be built in a short time.
Currently, PTA and PTB are awaiting the conclusion of the international competition of ideas for Bagnoli, organized by Invitalia to design the new landscape of the former industrial area. The PTA-PTB building project has already been completed and it is not expected that substantial changes will be required. In the next few months Invitalia should allow PTA and PTB to ask for permission to build to the Municipality of Naples, which should be issued in a short time.
PTA and PTB are the owners of the properties and they will carry out the construction project and the subsequent management.
